Welcome to Ocean Air's on line aircraft and instructor scheduling.
If you want to take part in the on line scheduling process, call, e-mail
us, or drop in for a user name and password. With a user name and
password, you can schedule any aircraft you have been checked out on and
that is listed on your Ocean Air pilot card, or any Ocean Air CFI from
any computer connected to the internet.
If you already have a user name and password, click here to log in to the interactive schedule.
Scheduling is easy and intuitive using our on-line system. There are
"help" screens built in to the program and you can always give us a
call if you need further assistance.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Settings" button to personalize
your scheduling screen. You can change your assigned user name and
password here. You can limit the view of Ocean Air resources to only
those you use. You can also enter your email address here so that you
can receive scheduling alerts and confirmations.
You can select "Month View" for the big picture, then drill down to
the date you are interested in by clicking on that date. You can also
select the date you want to view by clicking the "Pick Date" button or
by using the appropriate arrow next to the "Pick Date" button.
Once at the date you want to schedule, find the aircraft and/or
instructor by using the scroll bars and determine availability. Then
click on "New Event" to schedule the resource you're interested in.
Select the resource from the drop down menu and schedule it. You can
schedule both an aircraft and an instructor at the same time. Schedule
the aircraft as the "resource" and the instructor as the "second
resource". If the resource is already scheduled by another customer in
the time slot you are interested in, select another time, or select the
"Place in standby if resource scheduled" option during the "add
event" process. If you have entered your e-mail address in the "User
Settings" box, you'll receive an email alert if the other customer
cancels. Use the "Event Notes" on the "add event" screen for any
information you feel might be helpful.
When using the on-line scheduling system, please continue to keep in
mind these points from our rental agreement:
Reservations should be made for the minimum desired time required to
accomplish the flight.
A charge of fifty percent of the posted aircraft and/or instruction
rates may be made for reservations that are not cancelled by close of
business of the prior day.
Also, keep in mind the minimum rental times for "all day" or
"multiple day" rentals. Generally, we'll try our best to work
exceptions with you. Call us.
